Fees for our services are agreed upon in writing prior to engagement. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Headhunter Scientific shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
